2+ years of maintenance experience in food production or related industries is preferred
Strong technical skills in mechanical and electrical repair
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

AVERAGE DAY AS A NIGHT SHIFT MECHANICAL LEAD

While working as the Night Shift Mechanical Lead, you play a vital role in organizing the schedules of our maintenance staff, ensuring smooth production lines during the graveyard shift. Your ability to get along well with our production group and team members, while consistently administering company policies and procedures, is key to your success. You diligently keep accurate records of inventory, maintenance, and repair work, ensuring all documentation is up to date. You're constantly brainstorming new ideas and methods to improve efficiencies. When management approves your ideas, you're eager to put them into action. Keeping our food processing equipment in good condition fills you with pride, knowing you play a crucial role in feeding families and providing quality products to our customers.
