The Operator Shipping & Receiving II plays a vital role in daily warehouse operations, including receiving and shipping products, loading and unloading inventory, stocking shelves, processing orders, and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, safely, and on time.

Qualifications

• Excellent attendance and punctuality required
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience required
• Power equipment experience required

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment
• Receive, stock, and distribute inventory accurately
• Prepare, process, and invoice customer orders
• Assist customers picking up merchandise
• Operate handheld scanners and warehouse software to ensure shipment accuracy
• Prioritize and complete time-sensitive tasks independently
• Navigate multiple systems and websites to perform job functions
• Resolve routine departmental issues and escalations
• Provide professional and effective communication with customers and team members
• Support basic customer service functions as needed
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Manager

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Frequently lift and carry 10–20 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, climb ladders, and perform repetitive movements
• Comfortable standing and walking throughout the entire shift
