About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and career driven Inside Sales Representative Intern to join our Commercial team for the summer internship program. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to medical device sales, business development, and commercial operations within a fast-paced and innovative organization.

The Inside Sales Representative Intern will work closely with the Inside Sales, Capital Sales, Sales Operations, and Commercial Leadership teams to support day-to-day sales initiatives, customer outreach efforts, and operational projects. This role offers valuable exposure to the full sales funnel, CRM management, sales strategy, and the medical aesthetics industry.

What You鈥檒l Do

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support the Inside Sales team with outbound prospecting and cold-calling initiatives.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in building and managing sales funnels and lead generation activities.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with Capital Sales Representatives and Sales Operations to support commercial initiatives and customer engagement efforts.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Gain exposure to sales operations processes, reporting, and CRM management.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist with tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates within CRM systems.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct market and account research to identify potential business opportunities.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support follow-up communications with prospective and existing customers.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions with senior sales leadership.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Learn the fundamentals of medical device sales, customer relationship management, and commercial business strategy.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide administrative and operational support to the Commercial team as needed.

Qualifications

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Currently pursuing a bachelor鈥檚 degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong interest in sales, medical devices, healthcare, or commercial operations.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Comfortable speaking with customers and learning outbound sales techniques.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
