In this position, you will create and deliver tailored instruction that meets the unique needs of students with disabilities. You’ll design engaging learning experiences that remove barriers, adapt curriculum to individual strengths, and guide students toward meaningful academic and developmental milestones. Using ongoing assessment and progress monitoring, your instruction will be informed by data, ensuring each student reaches their full potential while meeting all compliance requirements for individualized learning plans.
Requirements
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field, possess an active New Mexico Special Education teaching license (or be eligible to obtain one), and demonstrate a solid understanding of IDEA and other special education regulations. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are essential to thrive in this dynamic, student-focused role.Benefits
