OSP Supervisor – Albuquerque, NM
About the Role
We need a hands‑on OSP Supervisor to supervise and lead one drill crew and keep daily field work running smooth. If you want steady work, real responsibility, and a chance to move up in the fiber‑optic construction world, this is it.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise a drill crew and keep production on schedule
- Make sure TCP (Traffic Control Plans) are set up correctly each day
- Report daily production and job progress to project management
- Oversee boring, trenching, and cable placement
- Keep the crew working safely and following standards
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers
- Help train new crew members and build a solid team

What We’re Looking For
- Some experience in OSP, construction, utilities, or telecom is a plus
- Some leadership or crew‑lead experience preferred
- Able to read maps, prints, and basic construction drawings
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and managing sites
