What You Will Do

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations

  • Lead and support food and beverage team members during each shift

  • Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and efficient service

  • Train, coach, and develop team members on service standards and procedures

  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards

  • Assist with inventory management and control food and beverage costs

  • Help manage staffing levels and employee schedules based on business needs

  • Address guest concerns and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards

  • Work closely with culinary and hotel leadership to support successful operations

  • Assist with special events, banquets, and other food and beverage functions as needed

  • Help identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of food and beverage experience

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

  • Previous hotel or restaurant experience preferred

  • Knowledge of restaurant and bar operations

  • Experience with point-of-sale systems preferred

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards preferred

Physical Requirements and Essential Job Functions

This is an active hospitality position. Candidates must be able to:

  • Stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift

  • Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds

  • Perform repetitive motions including bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting

  • Move safely throughout restaurant, bar, kitchen, banquet, and guest areas

  • Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

  • Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other shifts based on business needs
