- Lovelace UNM Rehabilitation Hospital includes state-of-the-art rehabilitation services for patients recovering from healthcare conditions. It is the only rehabilitation hospital in the state accredited in six programs by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
- This role of the Director of Operational Support involves overseeing key functions within the organization, including project management, facilities, and asset management.
- Responsibilities include leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, managing capital budgets, and optimizing asset performance.
- The position also handles lease negotiations, evaluates acquisition opportunities, and oversees construction and tenant improvement projects.
- Additionally, the role focuses on driving operational efficiency, standardizing processes across the portfolio, and continuously improving business processes to enhance overall performance.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and financial management are essential for success in this position.
