Known for following Best Practices and delivering top-tier patient care, the team is growing and currently looking for a patient-focused Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) to join their collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

This is not your typical hearing care office — Worth Hearing Center invests heavily in ongoing education for both patients and providers. From their dedicated in-house classroom where they host workshops like Hearing Aid 101, Bluetooth Basics, and Hearing in Background Noise, to their commitment to aural rehabilitation and Real Ear Measurements, this team goes above and beyond to serve the community.

Position Overview:

Whether you're an Audiologist or licensed HIS, you’ll play a key role in delivering personalized care, advanced diagnostics, and education that empowers patients to take control of their hearing health.

The practice primarily serves adults, with some pediatric patients as well. They also provide advanced tinnitus care, including Lenire therapy. CI and vestibular experience are a plus, but not a deal-breaker.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostic hearing evaluations for adults and some pediatric patients
Fit and program hearing aids using Real Ear Measurement and Speech Mapping
Provide comprehensive tinnitus evaluations and management, including Lenire treatment for appropriate patients
Deliver aural rehabilitation therapy
Participate in or lead educational classes for patients in the on-site learning center
If applicable: Provide cochlear implant services and/or vestibular evaluations

Requirements:

Audiologists: Au.D. or Master’s in Audiology
Hearing Instrument Specialists: Current HIS license in NM or ability to obtain
Strong patient care focus with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, high-volume setting
