About the Role

Join M&F Auto Sales as an Automotive Detailer, where your passion for cars meets precision and pride in your work. In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure our vehicles look their absolute best and are showroom-ready for our valued customers. Your attention to detail will directly support our reputation for quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles (interior and exterior) to showroom standards
Wash, wax, buff, and polish vehicle surfaces
Apply protective coatings and finishing products
Inspect vehicles for quality and address areas needing additional attention
Utilize industry-standard tools and detailing equipment efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing bay and equipment
Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely vehicle delivery
Follow all safety protocols when handling chemicals and equipment
Provide professional and courteous communication when interacting with customers

Requirements:

Prior automotive detailing experience required
Strong knowledge of detailing techniques, tools, and products
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to lift equipment and remain on your feet for extended periods
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
