About the Role:

Join M&F Auto Sales as an Automotive Service Advisor and become a crucial part of our team in Albuquerque, NM. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their automotive service needs are met with exceptional care and expertise.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
Provide accurate estimates and explain services to customers clearly.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs.
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Stay updated on automotive technology and service trends.
Check in internal vehicles.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with automotive service software and tools.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Previous experience as a service advisor is a plus.
