Get to Know Your Team: 

  • Lovelace Women’s Hospital is a 53-bed advanced neonatal intensive care unit, family care unit, an award-winning breast care center, and the first robotic surgery program in the state, recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by Surgical Review Corporation.
Responsibilities:
  • Performs Computed Tomography imaging procedures.
  • May provide clerical support to the assigned department to include but not limited to maintaining records, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
  • Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Qualifications:

Job Requirements: 

  • Associate's Degree in Radiologic Sciences or equivalent.
  • Proficient with pressure injectors, CT biopsy procedures, Cross-sectional anatomy, Sterile techniques, and patient monitoring. Radiation safety.
  • One (1) year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • ARRT, ARDMS, or equivalent registered or eligible.
  • Full State of New Mexico licensure is required within one year of hire. Must maintain licensure and national certification/registry.
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree.
  • One year of experience as a CT Technologist.
