The main purpose of the Custodian Porter position is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. In addition, the Facilities Porter will keep assigned facility and premises pristine.
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, trim, and metalwork.
- Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
- Sweeps, mops, waxes, and polishes floor.
- Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
- Dusts furniture and equipment.
- Washes walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels and sills.
- Empties and cleans wastebaskets and outside ashtrays.
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
- Replenishes bathroom supplies.
- Replaces light bulbs.
- Keeps sidewalks and lawn clean and free of litter.
- Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test)
