We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hospitalist to join our team. This role specializes in hospital medicine, a subspecialty of internal medicine focused on managing hospitalized patients. The Hospitalist will coordinate patient care with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent patient care throughout hospitalization.
- Create and recommend individualized treatment plans.
- Take comprehensive patient medical histories.
- Update patient information and charts with current findings and treatments.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Discuss test results with patients and address inquiries about their health care and treatment options.
- Promote good health practices, including nutrition, hygiene, and self-care, with patients.
- Collaborate effectively with various medical staff, including anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nursing teams, to ensure cohesive patient care.

Requirements:
- Education: Ph.D., MD, or professional medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Licensure: Current MD or DO license for the state.
- Certifications: BCLS and ACLS certification may be required based on the necessity for stress tests performed or as dictated by specialty.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of physician or hospitalist experience focusing on hospital medicine.
- Licenses: Current State and Federal Narcotics Licenses.
