HVAC Install Electrician – Wagner Mechanical

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Work Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Steady, year-round work 

Pay: Multiple Pay Plans, Hourly, Flat Rate, Commission + Sign-On Bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates

What You’ll Do

• Run electrical for residential HVAC installations
• Install and connect electrical components for HVAC systems in compliance with local and national electrical codes
• Coordinate with HVAC install teams to ensure safe and efficient project completion
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues related to HVAC installations
• Maintain accurate job records and communicate updates with customers and team members
• Represent Wagner Mechanical professionally while operating company-provided vehicle
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License
• Minimum 2 years of residential electrical experience
• Experience running electrical for HVAC systems preferred
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Professional, reliable, and motivated to succeed

Preferred:

• Experience working alongside HVAC installation teams
• Interest in professional growth and continued education
