VigorCare Pediatric Services is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time position, with a work schedule of 40 hours per week. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and maintaining the company's IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and resolving network connectivity problems

- Maintain and update the company's IT systems, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment

- Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email, printers, and other IT equipment

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and manuals

- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technology and improve existing systems

Qualifications:
