Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned home remodeling company for over 40 years! We are seeking a Kitchen and Bath Lead Installer who embodies our company culture, demonstrates innovation and integrity, and will help us uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service and quality work.
Kitchen and Bath Lead Installer Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalency, required.
2+ years of home remodeling and construction experience; personal tools and 3/4-ton truck to pull company trailer; familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and various applications; knowledge of our brands, preferred.
Passion for teamwork and training.
Excellent interpersonal communication, time management, and organization skills
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenging situations.

Kitchen and Bath Lead Installer Responsibilities:

Attend goal-setting meetings with management and team.
Abide by current industry practices, processes, and procedures with personal and/ or company tools and vehicle to pull company trailer and/ or vehicle.
Pre-Install.
Install.
Post-Install.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00/hr. non-exempt training rate, flat rate after training.

Schedule:

Full-time, 32-40 hours per week (on-site)
Unpaid .5-hour meal break
Monday-Friday: 7:30am-4:00pm
