Are you up for a good adventure ? We are looking for an individual that loves our community and being a part of it. Someone who treats each day as a new adventure,  and also has a natural love for life, and finding joy on their journey.

Our support coach would work side by side with an individual who is physically disabled, ensuring  they can participate in all they want to do. This includes outdoor activities like fishing, or going to the movies and going to get a good ol' meal. We encourage individuals to live their most fulling life.  

Staff for this position needs to be able to focus on individual's needs, encourage the individuals to be active, give praise for a job well done, and advocate for the individuals to live their best life possible.

Responsibilities

· Provide individualized support to clients in developing daily living skills and achieving personal goals

· Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation

· Support skill-building in areas such as communication, self-advocacy, time management, and independent living

· Implement behavior support plans and positive behavior interventions

· Facilitate social skills development through structured activities, recreation, and community outings

· Provide community-based support, including transportation to appointments, work, and social activities

· Accurately document client progress, behaviors, and daily activities using required data collection systems

· Collaborate with families, caregivers, case managers, and other healthcare or behavioral health professionals

· Administer medications as prescribed in compliance with safety policies and state regulations

Schedule

Part- Time 

Saturday with potential to increase to two days

· Basic household skills (cleaning, cooking, laundry)

· must be able to lift 75-100lbs. 

Requirements

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Safe insured/ registered vehicle
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
