Medical Receptionist

Join Eye Associates of New Mexico as a full-time, Patient Services Representative (PSR), responsible for scheduling, patient check-in/out, and insurance verification. You'll provide excellent patient service, assist with billing, and support clinic operations. If you're detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Starting pay $15.00 per hour +, depending on skills/experience

What You'll Do:

• Schedule appointments & verify insurance eligibility
• Assist patients with registration & billing inquiries
• Process referrals & prior authorizations for procedures
• Ensure smooth patient check-in/out & collect payments
• Provide outstanding patient service in person & over the phone

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication & multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with a patient-first approach
• Ability to adapt to new software & workflows
• Experience in medical office preferred but not required
