Position Overview
New Mexico Solutions is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team in Albuquerque, NM.
This role offers the opportunity to practice in a mission-driven, team-based environment focused on expanding access to high-quality behavioral health services for individuals and families across our community. The PMHNP will provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and integrated care coordination as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults

Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide ongoing medication monitoring and follow-up care

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and care coordination efforts

Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices within the CCBHC framework

Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $130,000–$150,000 annually
-
Productivity incentive potential: $20,000–$30,000+

Qualifications
Qualifications
-
Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of New Mexico (or ability to obtain)

Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

DEA license (or ability to obtain)

Experience in outpatient behavioral health, community mental health, or integrated care preferred

Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care

Experience working with diverse populations and complex clinical presentations is a plus
