A Day in the Life:
As a Scan Coordinator, you’ll be the champion of price accuracy and tag integrity, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. You’ll audit prices, verify shelf tags against store systems, and work closely with department teams to resolve discrepancies. You’ll also maintain signage and promotional accuracy, troubleshoot pricing issues, and support weekly ad execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, embraces technology, and takes pride in creating a seamless store experience. What you bring to the table:

  • Price Integrity & Auditing Skills: Experience or ability to verify pricing accuracy and resolve discrepancies across departments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfort using store systems, scanning tools, and basic computer programs (e.g., Excel, email, store portals).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when updating shelf tags, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of identifying and resolving pricing issues independently and efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with department leads, store leadership, and vendors to ensure pricing consistency.
  • Organizational Skills: Skilled at maintaining signage schedules, managing tag updates, and supporting weekly ad execution.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Friendly and helpful attitude with a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation while performing tagging and signage duties.
