CCS Facility Services聽is seeking a Senior Night Area Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations in the Albuquerque area.
The Senior Night Area Manager will be responsible for:
- Supervise and schedule field janitorial teams to ensure efficient operations
- Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to cleaning staff
- Conduct multiple nightly site visits in a company-provided vehicle to monitor quality and performance
- Manage inventory and order necessary cleaning equipment and supplies
- Track employee hours and payroll using company software and technology
- Collaborate with branch managers to ensure daily tasks and special projects are completed to standards
- Ensure adherence to facility and company safety and security protocols
- Perform various administrative and operational duties as required
Necessary Experience:
- Past supervisory experience
- MUST be Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Driver鈥檚 License and good driving record
