Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to perform facilities maintenance and repair work at commercial and retail locations. 

This position is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work, is comfortable troubleshooting in the field, communicates well with clients, and wants consistent work with a company that values integrity, reliability, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

• Perform commercial service and maintenance work, including:
  • Plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
  • Electrical repairs, including lighting, outlets, switches, and minor panels
  • General facility repairs and maintenance
• Respond to scheduled service calls and emergency calls as needed
• Diagnose problems and complete repairs efficiently and safely
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, project managers, and clients
• Complete work orders, photos, and service notes using mobile software
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle cleanliness
• Maintain a professional appearance while representing Masterline at client locations
• Follow all company safety procedures and service standards

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial service or facilities maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills in plumbing, electrical, and/or general maintenance
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Experience servicing retail or restaurant facilities is a plus
• EPA or other trade certifications are a plus, but not required

Pay & Benefits

$25.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience
