Job Summary

Provide test and systems engineering SETA support to the Government. Advise on requirements verification, test planning, execution readiness, and evaluation of contractor test results across lab, range, and operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently assess requirements traceability from TRD to verification methods (Test, Analysis, Inspection, Demonstration).

• Review contractor test strategies and plans across developmental, integration, and operational phases.

• Assess test procedures, configurations, and success criteria for system-level, RF, network, cyber, and operational performance.

• Review or witness key test events; evaluate results, anomalies, and corrective actions.

• Assess readiness for TRR, ORR, and milestone reviews; provide recommendations to Government leadership.

• Support configuration control, risk tracking, and action item closure related to verification and test activities.

Required Qualifications

• Masters degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline and 10 years of experience systems engineering and test & evaluation for complex DoD systems.

• Active TS/SCI Clearance

• Strong understanding of requirements management, verification planning, and T&E lifecycle execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior SETA or government advisory experience preferred
