Team Leader / Housekeeper

Overview

We are looking for a professional, energetic Team Leader to join our team. Starting pay is $14/hour for team leaders, regular members start at $13 and can grow into team leaders. You will lead a team that is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of homes.

What would I be doing?

You must be team-oriented and able to clean multiple houses a day. This includes dusting, backpack vacuuming, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.

• Inspect homes at the end of clean to ensure top quality
• Help team members develop their skills to produce top quality
• Contribute to high team morale
• Communicate with customers to maintain good customer relationships

Am I qualified?

• Minimum age of 16
• Supervisor, Manager/Team, Shift Lead Experience is Required.
• Must be physically able to move at a fast pace: up and down stairs, bending and lifting.
• Reliable, positive attitude, and have great leadership skills to direct team members. 
• Must pass background check and drug screen, we do not discriminate against medical marijuana.
• Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish) but not required
