  • Proven leadership and experience leading large firmwide programs required

  • Strong understanding of data protection, privacy, regulatory, and workforce monitoring considerations

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and executive‑level communication skills, with the ability to convey complex issues clearly to diverse audiences

  • Proven ability to create and effectively manage necessary project plans to ensure goals are consistently met

  • Demonstrated experience bringing together multiple data sets to effectively manage risk wholistically

  • Strong reporting and presentations skills required

  • Prior experience with Insider Trust programs preferred

The Value You Deliver

  • Shape the strategic direction, governance model, and long-term maturity of our Insider Trust Program

  • Ensure alignment across security, HR, legal/privacy, compliance, technology, and business operations to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to data loss, intellectual property theft, fraud, misuse of systems, and other harmful internal behaviors

  • Support daily Insider Trust Program efforts, including development and documentation of use cases, playbooks, workflows, and response—while driving risk assessments and defining critical metrics, dashboards, and reporting

  • Work with technology partners to bring together insider risk data points from across the firm to mitigate risk

  • Operationalize high-value asset protection for source code, trade secrets, sensitive customer/employee data and critical systems

  • Partner with HR, Legal, IT, and Security to enhance controls, improve detection, and support insider‑risk evaluations
