PARTS DELIVERY DRIVER

Purpose of Position:  Deliver parts to customers using a company vehicle.  Consistently provide Elite Support standards to customers and relay important information to appropriate staff to ensure quality customer satisfaction.

Supervises:  N/A

Essential Job Functions:

• Aware of warehouse inventory structure to be able to be pull customer parts requests as needed.
• Deliver parts to customer using company vehicle while obeying all traffic laws and company policies.
• Ensure regular maintenance on assigned vehicle.
• Report all accidents and traffic violations (personal and professional) to supervisor immediately.

Required Skills/ Abilities:

• Customer Service focused. 
• Able to speak precisely and clearly.
• Knowledge of Company Standards, Warranty procedures, and vehicle policies.
• Complete daily tasks without constant supervision.
• Dependable and reliable in attendance and achievement of job tasks.
• Maintain personal appearance and hygiene to be within company standards.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more.

Preferred Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Experience:

• Driver’s License
• Clean MVR Record

Other Preferred Qualifications:

• Commercial Driver’s License
• Clean MVR Record
