Position Overview

The Detail Team Member ensures the highest level of facility cleanliness and safety through proactive monitoring and completion of assigned custodial tasks.  Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Detail, clean, and disinfect all internal and external areas of the club, including walkways and the parking lot.
- Conduct routine walkthroughs, including but not limited to trash removal, locker room cleaning, and re-racking weights.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
- Communicate politely and respectfully with all team members.
- Maintain an organized facility for members to utilize
- Assist with large projects under supervision (e.g., painting).
QualificationsÂ
- Demonstrate ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available and able to work any day of the week (including holidays).
- PC literate, including basic report-writing skills.
- Must obtain and maintain valid CPR/AED certification (including infant and child) within the first 45 days of employment.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a similar position or in janitorial services preferred.
 Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours at a time
- Must be able to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform the following tasks: walk, squat, bend, stoop, stand, listen, read, and write
