TC QSR Manager

This role is ideal for an experienced quick-service restaurant leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence. As the QSR Manager, you will lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and profitability while maintaining compliance with company policies and Dairy Queen franchise standards. You will oversee daily operations, manage budgets and labor costs, resolve guest concerns, implement promotions and menu initiatives, and create a welcoming environment that builds guest loyalty and satisfaction.

The successful candidate is a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, team development skills, and a commitment to excellence. You will recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members while fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture. This position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain high operational standards, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience and a proven ability to lead teams, achieve financial objectives, and deliver exceptional customer service. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent industry experience may be considered. ServSafe certification (or the ability to obtain it), a valid New Mexico driver's license, and successful completion of pre-employment screening requirements are required.
