About The Position

• Monday through Friday schedule, 8am - 5pm
• 20 patients per day -- primarily adult patients age 18+
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Medical assistant support provided
• EMR: Talk
• Experience with diabetes and pain management required
• Functional medicine experience preferred
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
