The Maintenance Technician protects the safety, functionality and long-term value of company-owned buildings by performing advanced repairs, preventative maintenance and property improvements.

What You’ll Do

Perform advanced repairs to building structures, interiors and exteriors
Conduct inspections to identify safety concerns and preventative needs
Support property improvement projects and emergency repairs
Maintain compliance with building codes and safety standards
Document work orders, inspections and maintenance schedules

Requirements

Strong knowledge of commercial building maintenance and general trades
Ability to assess building conditions and recommend corrective actions
Experience coordinating contractors and third-party work preferred
Ability to read building plans and maintenance documentation
Two or more years of facilities or maintenance experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work indoors and outdoors
