We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Blueprint Analyst to join our team at Roomi Group Corporation. As a Blueprint Analyst, you will play a vital role in analyzing and interpreting construction blueprints, drawings, and specifications to support project planning and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Generate precise and detailed quantity measurements based on blueprints.
- Research blueprints to address inquiries regarding finishes and materials.
- Utilize blueprints for calculating square feet, linear feet, or item counts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or associate degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, PDF, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and adhere to company protocols and policies.
