Licensed Nursing Home Administrator - Skilled Nursing Facility


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and foster a positive environment for staff and residents alike. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

- Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to promote quality resident care and operational efficiency

- Lead and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

- Maintain effective communication with residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers

- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility

- Ensure the facility maintains accreditation and licensing standards

- Promote a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous improvement

- Address and resolve resident and family concerns promptly and professionally


Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and active Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of employment

- Proven experience in managing a skilled nursing or long-term care facility

- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

- Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and operational challenges effectively

- Compassionate approach to resident care and staff development

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred

- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and administrative software

Requirements

The Administrator must possess:
