SUMMARY: At Bluejack Ranch, we strive to create exceptional lifestyle experiences for our members, guests and their family and we are excited to be growing our team with the addition of Assistant in Training / Player Services.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: 

Assistant in Training / Player Services will help maintain all aspects of the golf operation’s outside services: practice area, 1^st tee operation, golf course operation, comfort stations, The Ringer, retail, caddie program, golf car fleet management, outside staffing operation, and valet.

·         Attention to detail and ability to follow cultivation schedules

·         Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

·         Can do attitude with willingness to perform at a high level of service

·         Excellent oral communications skills.

·         Possession of a valid driver’s license

·         Good organizational skills with the ability to work independently and with a team.

·         Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.

·         High work ethic, with sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

·         Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions

·        Must be able to work a varied schedule that includes early mornings, weekends and holidays and occasional evening functions.

Physical Demands and Work Environment  

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, the entire shift. Additional to the job's physical nature, the role is mainly performed outdoors in all weather conditions including excessive heat, rain, wind and frost.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

·         This is a full-time job that will include weekends, weekdays, and Holidays. Schedule is flexible as business dictates.
