Essential Duties and Responsibilities Â
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Â
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to members and guests in dining rooms, patios, lounges, and at eventsÂ
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and answer questions about food, beverages, and daily specialsÂ
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS systemÂ
- Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy of ordersÂ
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience and respond promptly to requestsÂ
- Clear and reset tables efficiently between courses and after mealsÂ
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas, including side stations and server traysÂ
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and beverage service guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining environmentÂ
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfactionÂ
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for daily service or special eventsÂ
- Communicate member and guest feedback or concerns to management as neededÂ
- Uphold the standards and service expectations of the club and represent the community with professionalismÂ
- Maintain knowledge of club offerings, including menus, wine lists, and upcoming eventsÂ
- Handle member problems and complaints as professionally as possible or refer to F&B leadership for support. Â
- Assist with the setup, breakdown and service of all major club functions and events as needed. Â
- Additional duties as requested by Bluejack leadership. Â

- Prior serving experience in high-end golf/country club or hospitality industry is a plusÂ
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work well independently, attention to quality and detail.Â
- Enjoy working with Members, guests, and children. Â
- Requires excellent oral and written communications skills. Â
- Service oriented style with professional presentations skills. Â
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.Â
