Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Journeyman Residential Electrician to perform skilled electrical work in residential settings. This role requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems, including wiring, panels, and breakers
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues efficiently and accurately
• Perform electrical upgrades such as service panel replacements, circuit additions and heavy-up
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements
• Maintain accurate job documentation and material usage records
• Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and OSHA regulations

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license (state or local)
• Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program
• Minimum 3-5 years of residential electrical experience
• Strong knowledge of NEC and residential electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and manage job sites
• Proficient with electrical tools, testing equipment, and troubleshooting methods
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights, in crawl spaces, and confined areas
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
