Join Glenwood State Bank as a full-time Customer Care Representative in our Alexandria location. If you enjoy helping people, creating positive experiences, and building lasting relationships, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a rotating Saturday.

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be one of the first people customers interact with when they visit Glenwood State Bank. You'll welcome customers, assist with everyday banking needs, process transactions, answer questions, and help customers navigate digital banking services. Whether serving customers in the lobby or through the drive-up, you'll provide the friendly, dependable support they count on while building trust through every interaction. As you grow in the role, you'll continue expanding your banking knowledge and strengthening the relationships that make our community-focused approach unique.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $17–$20, depending on experience and qualifications.
