NorthStar is now hiring talented Full Time CRNA's for our Floating role in Northern VA! Practice SettingThis float pool position provides coverage across a variety of hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, offering diverse clinical exposure.These facilities are not required for provider participation in our Float Pool. Providers who wish to provide services at any of these facilities may request privileges as part of the credentialing and privileging process.All locations within our float pool are community hospitals and ASC's located within the same service area. These facilities are in close geographic proximity to one another, with all locations situated within approximately a 20-mile radius, allowing providers to efficiently practice across multiple sites.CASES INCLUDE:Adapt to a variety of case types and clinical environments

Base Pay: $140/hour (approx. $291,200 annually based on 40 hrs/week)Extra Shift Rate: $165/hourSign-On Bonus: $75,000 with a 3-year commitment w/ annual forgivenessSelf-Schedule! No Nights, Weekends, Call Shifts or Holidays requiredMinimum 32 hours guaranteed per weekTypical schedule: 4–5 shifts/week (8-hour shifts)Monday–Friday only
