As a member of our Machining team, your role will involve:
- Precision Assembly: Putting together subparts to create quality finished components.
- Fast-Paced Work: Thriving in an environment that moves quickly while maintaining top-notch quality.
- Self-Driven Excellence: Bringing a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and initiative to every task.
- Physical Readiness: Being able to lift and maneuver materials up to 60 pounds safely and effectively.
- 1st Shift - Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pmÂ
- 2nd Shift - Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 3:00am - 15% shift differential for 2nd shift.
-  Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Employees work three 12-hour shifts (36 hours) and are compensated for a full 40-hour workweek - 20% Shift differential for weekend shift.Â
- Competitive Pay: Starting at $24.00 - $35.00 per hour DOEÂ
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for 1st Shift Welders and Machine Operators
- $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for 2nd and Weekend Shift Welders and Machine Operators
