Job DetailsJob Location: Jersey Shore, PA 17740Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 Hourly The Production Associate plays a key role in beverage production, responsible for the batching, handling, and processing of non-alcoholic and ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages in accordance with established formulations and quality standards. This position ensures all production activities align with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and applicable food and beverage industry regulations. Key Responsibilities Accurately batch non-alcoholic beverages, seltzers, and RTD beverages following established recipes and production procedures. Operate and maintain cellar equipment such as tanks, pumps, filtration systems, and carbonation units. Monitor and record critical control points and process data to ensure product consistency and compliance. Conduct product transfers, blending, carbonation, and packaging preparation. Maintain strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, and safety standards during all production activities. Sanitize and maintain tanks, lines, and equipment to ensure microbiological control and product integrity. Assist with quality checks, including pH, temperature, gravity, and other in-process testing. Collaborate with brewing, packaging, and quality teams to ensure seamless production flow. Maintain accurate batch and cleaning records in compliance with regulatory and company documentation requirements. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or deviations from standard processes promptly. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, efficiency, and quality. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical or brewing education preferred. 1+ year of experience in beverage manufacturing, brewing, or a related production environment preferred. Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and general food safety principles. Ability to work safely with chemicals, pressurized systems, and mechanical equipment. Excellent attention to detail, recordkeeping, and communication skills. Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a physically demanding environment (standing, bending, climbing). Ability to follow instructions and work independently as needed. Ability to work in variable temperatures in a production floor environment, including noise and wet conditions. Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, or extended hours as production demands. Regular use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection. Candidate must have positive attitude in addition to strong communication skills
