Job Description:
Knowledge Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager/Project Lead with expertise in Student Information Systems (SIS) to oversee an effort modernizing the DoWEA SIS enterprise data environment by transitioning to a cloud-based data Lakehouse using Microsoft Fabric and associated Microsoft services as the authorized enterprise analytics and data platform. The Program Manager will be the single point of contact for KMI with DoWEA. Key responsibilities include:
1) Provide overall program management and oversight across all active task orders.
2) Serve as the single point of contact for the Government.
3) Manage integrated schedules, risk and issue logs, resource allocation, and milestone tracking across concurrent workstreams.
4) Coordinate with the COR and Government leadership on contract performance, deliverable status, and emerging requirements.
5) Ensure quality control across all deliverables.
6) Develop and maintain integrated master schedules across concurrent task orders.
7) Proactively identify schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and cross-task-order dependencies and present mitigation options to the COR.
8) Prepare monthly status reports, briefing materials, and decision papers that are submission-ready for senior leadership.
9) Manage KMI staff and subcontractor teams, and transition planning including development of technical operations manuals, knowledge transfer schedules, and parallel operations support.
Desired Qualifications: PMP or PgMP certification; IDIQ management experience for DoD agencies; familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or enterprise data platforms; experience managing contracts with concurrent task orders across multiple functional areas
