About the RoleÂ
As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors — the person who sets the tone and creates a welcoming atmosphere. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys purposeful work.Â
No experience in a specific field? No problem. If you have a background in hospitality, retail, or any fast-paced customer service role, you already have the skills we’re looking for — we’ll teach you everything else.Â
What You’ll DoÂ
- Greet every visitor with warmth and professionalismÂ
- Manage check-ins and check-outs, verify information, and assist with formsÂ
- Schedule and confirm appointmentsÂ
- Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming front desk areaÂ
- Use digital tools and office systems efficientlyÂ
- Support teammates and adapt to changing needsÂ
What You BringÂ
- A people-first attitude with excellent communication skillsÂ
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressureÂ
- Comfortable using email, calendars, and scheduling systemsÂ
- Willingness to learn new processes and toolsÂ
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, etc.)Â
- High School Diploma or GEDÂ
