Registrar

Overview:

Pherson is seeking a seasoned Registrar to serve as the primary focal point assisting contract program manager to provide Sponsor front office support ranging from oversight and execution of all student registration processes, program and event planning/execution and analysis support, as well as coordination, facilitation, and communication support.

Location: Northern Virginia

Operating Hours and Expectations: This position anticipates onsite work with standard work hours, Monday-Friday. Extended hours may be required during peak periods

Security Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Full-scope Poly (TS/SCI ISSA)

Position Type: Full-Time 

Salary Range: $110,000-125,000

Skills/Knowledge:

• Strong attention to detail in record-keeping.
• Ability to provide timely, pleasant support and accurate information.
• Ability to work in a classified environment.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5-7 years of experience supporting a training program registration process, including managing student enrollment and maintaining accurate academic records.

Desired:

• Understanding of IC training registration processes.
