What You'll Do As a Sales Support Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by: Building relationships with customers through outbound calls, sharing exciting promotions and new products. Answering inbound calls to assist customers with questions, troubleshooting, and order placement. Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services that help customers grow their business. Accurately documenting customer interactions in our CRM system. Generating sales leads and supporting special projects that contribute to the success of our growing company.
