About MTSI鈥檚 SkillBridge Program

MTSI is committed to supporting transitioning service members through the DoW SkillBridge Program, providing an opportunity to gain meaningful civilian work experience during the final months of active duty. This program is designed to bridge the gap between military service and the civilian workforce through structured training and hands-on, mission-aligned experience.

As a SkillBridge Fellow, you will be embedded within real teams supporting active programs that contribute to national security and some of the nation鈥檚 most technically complex challenges. Throughout the experience, you will gain exposure to MTSI鈥檚 employee-first culture, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and build the skills needed to successfully transition into a civilian career.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with coordination of schedules, resources, and team activities
