Role Overview:

We are seeking a Training Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our training programs. This is a part-time, contractor-based role focused on coordinating scheduling, logistics, and administrative workflows to ensure training delivery runs smoothly.

 

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently within a defined scope. The position is structured for approximately 20 hours per week with a fixed monthly rate.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for training sessions across internal and external audiences
  • Manage training calendars, registrations, and attendee communications
  • Support instructors with session setup, materials preparation, and follow-up activities
  • Organize and maintain training materials, documentation, and shared resources
  • Track attendance, collect feedback, and maintain basic reporting on training activity
  • Provide administrative support related to training delivery and program coordination
  • Help maintain consistency in training processes, communication, and execution

 

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, coordination, training operations, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in standard business tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets, document management)
  • Experience supporting training programs, events, or educational environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho or similar) is a plus

 

Additional Details:

  • 1099 independent contractor role
