Why You’ll Love Working With Us Competitive pay: hourly + per visit bonuses + holiday premiums + tips Paid training (including Pet CPR & First Aid) AFLAC, 401K, health, dental & vision insurance (FT only) Paid time off (FT only) 50% employee discount on goods/services Company gear, supplies, and ongoing training Advancement & growth opportunities Fun, flexible schedules with lots of time outdoors What You’ll Do Drive to clients’ homes to care for a variety of pets (dogs, cats, small animals, reptiles, etc.) Provide feeding, walking, playtime, companionship, and medications as instructed Use an app to check in and out at visits, access client and pet information, and upload detailed journal entries Ensure safety at all times—yours and the pets’ Follow detailed care instructions and keep client information confidential What We’re Looking For At least 18 years old & eligible to work in the U.S. Your own reliable and insured vehicle + smartphone Strong written and verbal communication, detail oriented, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and provide excellent customer service This position may work outside of normal business hours to include evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed. These hours are subject to change at any time depending on business needs. Work Environment and Physical Demands This role involves driving between clients’ homes and spending time outdoors in all weather conditions. While providing care to a variety of animals, you may be required to climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl. You must be able to lift/move at least 25 pounds.
