Join Our Team: Speech Language Pathologist
Position Purpose: As a Speech Language Pathologist at Trinity Health PACE, your primary responsibility is to evaluate and treat participants who present with speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
What You Will Do:
- Evaluate and treat participants under the approval of the Interdisciplinary Team, focusing on speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop tailored programs to support participants in achieving their maximum functional potential within the PACE Organization.
- Recommend safe swallowing precautions and dietary adjustments based on participant needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation in TruChart and other designated forms as directed by the Center Manager/Director.
- Adhere to infection control policies, Participant Rights Guidelines, and all relevant PACE Organization protocols.
Minimal Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology, Speech and Hearing Sciences, or Communication Disorders.
- Current, unencumbered, active license in the state of the PACE Organization (or proof of registration for Clinical Fellowship year).
- ASHA certification and CPR certification.
