Job DetailsJob Location: Jersey Shore, PA 17740Salary Range: $16.00 - $17.50 HourlyBald Birds Brewing Company, located in the heart of Jersey Shore, is seeking Part-Time Fulfillment Associates to join our manufacturing team. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced production environment and take pride in quality work. This position offers on-the-job training, employee discounts, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time permanent role based on performance and business needs. Schedule Monday through Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM Occasional Saturdays with flexible morning or afternoon shifts available Primary Responsibilities Load full cases of canned product onto rollers for fulfillment and distribution Load individual cans into conveyor lanes for carton packaging Form case trays by hand, glue, or machine operation Fill case trays with completed cartons to create finished cases Palletize wrapped and unwrapped finished cases according to required stack patterns and properly label pallets for identification Pack variety packs and prepare completed cases for shipment Assist the Packout team by placing loose cans from the canning line into trays and palletizing product as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow and adhere to all established safety, quality, and GMP procedures and protocols What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is: Organized and reliable Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks Able to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment Committed to workplace safety and product quality *** CANDIDATES MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER *** Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including cold, warm, humid, noisy, and high-vibration areas. Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull 30+ pounds independently on a regular basis. Ability to stand and remain on feet for extended periods of time throughout the shift. Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and walk frequently throughout the workday. Ability to safely operate within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain regular attendance. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or flexible schedules as needed. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear.
