Compensation:
$48,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure

Expected Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $125K+

Physical Achievement Center is a fast-growing integrative wellness and rehabilitation clinic focused on helping people overcome chronic pain, neuropathy, mobility limitations, disc problems, knee pain, weight struggles, and inflammation without reliance on drugs, injections, or surgery.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct patient consultations and gather relevant information regarding goals and health concerns
• Assist doctors during examinations and patient evaluations
• Review doctor recommendations and help patients understand treatment options and next steps
• Help patients confidently commit to recommended care programs
• Address patient questions and financial concerns professionally and compassionately
• Support onboarding with equipment, supplementation, wellness recommendations, and lifestyle changes
• Perform ongoing patient follow-up to improve retention, satisfaction, and long-term success
• Support community outreach, referral relationships, workshops, and promotional events
• Collaborate with team members to help drive clinic growth and exceptional patient experiences

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable discussing finances and payment options with patients

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Previous experience in sales, healthcare, fitness, wellness, hospitality, or relationship-based roles is preferred

Schedule & Work Style
This is a full-time, relationship-driven position centered around patient consultations, follow-up, community outreach, and patient success.

Most activities occur during standard clinic hours Monday through Friday, though occasional flexibility for workshops, patient communication, and community events may be required.

This role is best suited for someone who is motivated by performance, ownership, patient impact, and uncapped earning potential rather than a strict “clock-in/clock-out” mentality.
