- Support resident health by giving them high-quality assistance with personal care tasks including dressing & laundry, grooming, mobility, bathing, shaving, incontinence care, foot care, checking vital signs, and height and weight checks per policy.
- Assist residents at mealtime by encouraging their dining, assisting them with their food, and partnering with kitchen staff to address resident needs.
- Support resident engagement and mental health by providing activities as planned and/or directed.
- Respond to call lights and emergencies promptly to ensure residents receive appropriate help.
- Communicate with residents and their families in a positive way that inspires confidence and security. Collaborate with leadership to resolve any questions or concerns shared by residents or their loved ones.
- Complete accurate documentation for shift assignments as required, and comply with all applicable regulations and policies impacting the work.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- One year experience working as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred.
- CNA certification preferred but not required.
- Experience working with senior citizens preferred.
- Passion for helping people with compassion and empathy.
- Ability to collaborate as part of a care team.

Pay range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr, depending on experience.

Schedule: From 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. five days per week. Schedule includes working every other weekend.
